Just looked around at GGs online selling their breast milk. If i could do the same as a pre op on hrt, i could pay for my srs or ffs in a year!!! BUT, i think a lot of milk banks, others online would not by from a transgendered person. There is enough of a problem just trying to use the right bathroom. So, is there a place i can sell it? Can i make enough of it per day? Anyone else sell there milk?

Some women can't breastfeed but want their child to reap the health benefits.

i dont understand why anyone would want some strangers breast milk either. But there is a demand for it, people pay for it, so why not cash in even if i do think it is a little....um....strange

Alice did point out why it is done. I just heard about a short while ago and i am still getting comfortable with the concept. Takes time, i guess.

As far as I can say some adults also like breat milk. I am not sure if they only like to be breastfeeded or if they would also buy breast milk only. It is some sort of strange sexual fetish.

In general, even someone else's breastmilk is slightly better for a baby than formula.  There is a very complex balance of a bunch of things in mother's milk that would be cost prohibitive to reproduce in commercial formula as the either require complex synthesis processes or they won't last on the shelf.

In theory, milk produced by anyone with the right hormone balance is effectively the same as both male and female children have the same development pathway for breast growth in utero.  There are some documented cases of trans-women who have even successfully induced lactation to feed their children.  Oddly enough, my wife and I are talking about having a third child and I was actively doing research into induced lactation as part of me starting HRT.  Once you get over the slight creepy factor, I think it would be wonderful if I could help feed rugrat #3.

As for you selling your breastmilk, I doubt anyone would be forward thinking enough to feed it to their baby even though it should be pretty much identical.  That said, as Lara suggested there are always the creepers it there that would use it in other ways...

If you read my post it wasn't asking why anyone would want some stranger's breast milk it was asking if my earlier post had not already answered the question.

I guess the only way is to contact a milk bank and ask.

I suspect it would pass in a blind test for post orchies... I doubt anyone would take milk if antiandrogens ( or antidepressants) are in the mix.

Its would be an explosive PR nightmare for the company though- do they turn down mtf milk on the basis of a possible transphobic reaction from customers?  Its a tough one thats for sure.

On a lighter note it did remind me of the family guy breastfeeding skit... please dont click link if the show offends you.  Mind you... it offends everybody.  Maybe just dont click it... :)

FIRST OF ALL WOW.  :o :o

Well i guess you could because taking a heavy dose of hormones to induce breast milk is very doable and I guess if your doctor cleared it to be health and normal you could. Go maker your milk then get it tested to see but the hormones needed might cost a arm and leg.
Awww no my little kitten gif site is gone :( sad.

You will not as a MtF produce milk that is nutritionally useful to a baby.

I'm locking this thread as being not useful
