and I think it went really bad
I wanted a nice young female
but I got set up with an older black male
I sat thinking a lot
not knowing what to say
I really need hormones
but know I am afraid I cant convince anyone to give me hormones

Ramona, it's easy. You tell him about your life, what it has been like to grow up as you, what's going on in your life now, your pains and fears and hopes and dreams. Why you cut yourself. Why sometimes you don't want to keep living. What isn't going right. What you think you want and need.
In other words, you ASK for help and you help him get to know you so he CAN help you.
