Srs letter question?

How long does it take to get one? Can you been less than a year on hrt(7-9)months and still get? I was planning on getting it next year around the summer if possible since ill be on break from college then. I can't imagine me having this thing under my legs any long.

It took me 3 sessions to get mine and it was already ok'ed by McGinn. But I made it clear in the beginning that I am not in need of therapy, I just need a diagnosis and recommendation for surgery.
