I tried to read the post and received an error stating that the 100,000th post is not in a public forum which lead me to wonder what percentage of board activity is outside of the standard member view?  Considering the title of the topic, "Re: Reparative Therupy for Transgender people?" it certainly sounds interesting.

The poster had deleted the thread when they removed their account. I have restored it in the transgender talk forum.

As for the board activity not visible to the standard members we have:

You are the first person to ask. While the content of the staff boards are confidential their existance is not secret. Admin see all forums. Other staff see just their specific area of interest.
