public coming out

Dear sisters,

I wanted to share this with you al because its a memorable moment in the procces to be myself

yesterday i had my public coming out as Judith in a strange town, there was a special day to celebrate a anniversery of the LBGT support facility in my country ( i hope i explaining it right, if not i'n sorry) especially for people with a dissabilty like me....

i went with a couple of other people and had a blast ! I was the only transgender, i was very nervous, i cant go out as Judith in my neigbourhood, so i packed al the stuff in a suitcase and changed clothes at the place where we had the party... i've emailed the local group who organized it, and it was so proffessional, the gave me a key to a room so that i could change into my dress and so on, while typing this i've got goosebumps thinking about it !!
sadly after 3.5 hours my feet where quite swollen and i could hardly walk anymore so i've transformed back to man-mode...
it's quite a milestone for me so i've grown so much yesterday *shivers because goosebumps*

i hope you all can understand what i said because of my not english language and typing...

Thank you very much Bethany, yes it was very very touching and it made me sad and happy at the same time, sad because of the problems in my neighbourhood in the way i cant express myself who i want to be and on the other side the special days when it all comes together and have the opertunity to feel the way i want at a inmense level... *charged up the battery*

had a reality check today and made me sad on the worst level possible, the knowing about no able to feel the way i like in my neighbourhood

i'm coping with severe depression and it shoved me in the deepest darkest hole i can imagine... trying hard to get out of it ( turn on lights )

It is the reality bounce back and what I said. Once the girl is out there're is no going back. You need to change the situation so you can be you.

I always find it surprising to find out who doesn't think that they can write well in English and who thinks that they can and how often it's the opposite that's true.  I had no problem understanding your post (a few misspelt words, but hey, even the best writers get those now and then)

is there also a topic to post pictures for transgenders?
found only a photo thread in the transsexual header, can i post a picture of me as a transgender or is there a specific place to do this?

i'm so happy....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

looking for a pair of jeans and went to Ulla Popken ( for the bigger sizes, because i have huge muscular thighs)

and that went absolutly fabulous !!!!

the sales lady's were upmost caring and helpfull, and got some discount as a new customer and because of my birthday YAY!!!!!
