i pass like 100% in public and that's awesome but it always embarassing when someone asked about my name,i always have to tell my femal name -.-' i dont want to lie about my name, last night was my first day in work i work with a lawyer and in the office they are all womens i'm the only guy and they treat me 100% as a man they even use the right pronouns ''he'' but its embarassing when someone called my name its kinda funny and wierd cause they are like '' where is tereza'' someone answer ''i dont know where is he,he was here'' lol or ''tereza come here man'' warning:i'm not tereza it's just an example  ;D
Sometimes, it's hard to find words to tell you how much you mean to me. A lot of times, I don't say anything at all. But I hope someday, you'll understand, having you is what I live for...(I Love you my Queen )

I don't know what your birth name is but is there a possibility that it could be shortened to some sort of gender neutral nickname that people could call you? For example someone FAAB named Michelle could go by Mick or a Tara could simply go by "T". Just a thought but maybe something like that could help you for the time being with social issues?

Dude my co-worker told me he knew a dude named Nicole and a girl named Nicholas. People know parents can be "kooky". I think people just leave it be. Congrats on passing.

Johnny Cash had a song, "A Boy Named Sue"...

"My name is Sue...HOW DO YOU DO?!? " ;)
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

I feel your pain. I used to work at places where I was called by my birth name Shanté even though I passed 100% male. No one questioned me though and if I did get any "suspicions" I just played it off and said it's french lol even though none of my background comes from french. My mom's just a wierdo. Eventually at work and on name tags I just shortened it to Shawn. Maybe you can use a middle name if you have one? Or just use the first letter of your name...or use some initials from your name. Example: if your name was Jessica Michelle you could just go by J.M. You are still not "lying " about your name but you can still be called something comfortable.

P.S When I do have to use my birth name in situations people usually compliment me in my uniqueness.

I can see why it is embarrassing to have a female name, but one the other hand, that is just truly awesome passing at its best! ;D

Can you use initials? Like if your name was Christine Johnson you could go by CJ or just C. That sort of idea.
