I live in Leeds (you know, actual Yorkshire - not this this "South" Yorkshire place ;P)
Apparently there is quite a decent trans community in Leeds, but I haven't actually met anyone that is/has transitioning (or they did a bloody good job of it!)
There is the Leeds First Friday monthly night. I've not been as I only discovered it recently myself. I may give it a try this week but aren't sure - from the pics I've seen on facebook the general crowd looks a lot older than me so we may not have that much in common beyond the the basics. I have though, chatted a little with some of the peeps on there that were cool and seemed a bit closer to my age/mindset.
