retransition

I remember seeing maybe 10 years ago a documentary about a mtf and her joys and sorrows as she transitioned.  I remember the documentary ended with her and one of the male friends she had retained through her transition.  I remember a closing scene with the two of them sitting in a living room with their guitars and playing together (they had previously played together maybe even in a band - I forget.)  Does anyone remember this and what it was?

I think I recall it.

Did it started with a party where she had a face cast in plaster of Paris prior to a nose job?

She made a comment that she was so happy when at the Christmas work do, one of her male colleagues danced with her?

It was one of the first 'caring' documentaries that I recall on trans*people.

If we get enough clues I have a friend in the media industry who could do a search.

yes that was it - i remember how the nose job was an important part of the documentary and how she was worried about it being "right".  i just kind of wonder what happened to her.  It seemed like she really loved music which I can relate to.
