I found a ton on psychology today. I'm having trouble finding someone who does electro on MtF. Will any electro do or do you need to find someone who works with MtF?

Generally the hard part there is also finding one that takes your insurance if you're using that to pay for appointments imho, hah.

Regarding your face, from what I've seen you should be fine with anyone who normally does facial electrolysis--albeit YMMV on their perspective of trans people if you bring that up.  Electrologists who do facial work are more common than you might think though.

As for pre-surgery in your nether regions (which I think some surgeons recommend from what I've seen online)--well I'd figure that's more difficult but I haven't gotten to that stage yet :v.

Psychology Today has a fairly good listing/search. Unfortunately only those that paid to be there are on it. The "gender issues" selection seems to be freely ticked off by almost all providers.

I would first check out state or national level LGBT organizations for providers. If you are lucky there may be a state or local TG organization. Local TG groups are good for references too.

On-Line TG sites such as Susans. Laura's Playground, Dr Becky, et al have provider lists which help.

I felt the same way with that list.  By clicking on the names, thus leading me to the therapists' websites, it was clear some of them haven't the slightest clue what transgender means.  This was for both Kentucky and Ohio.
10-13 tried mother's finger nail polish, dresses and her heels
23 phase of body building and then suddenly cross dressing and wearing makeup
26 started calling myself Kristy in my voicemail recording
36 saw therapist, went on HRT and partially identified as Kristy
37 moved and started HRT again, dressing a little more feminitely
41 started HRT again, and wife made agreement if I would give up Kristy
45 started HRT again, this time for good, because wife didn't hold up her end of the agreement.  New agreement with 11 year old son and wife is that Kristy be present only at certain times and not around strangers or family, unless they are ready to be a part of Kristy.

Two Bodies/Same Soul

Feeling a bit discouraged because the only therapist's here are religious and won't approve. I need to move. :'(

I am so lucky to be where I am! :)

I am also finding that, in Kentucky and Ohio in particular, that therapists like to crow that they follow the WPATH guidelines, but they are NOT following the WPATH 7.0 guidelines, using the "hrt letter is recommended" language to increase the number of billable sessions.  Dr Virginia Reid of Ohio is one of them doing this.
