Has anyone tried P90X? It helped me gain quite a bit of muscle even with my pre-T body. And I got to 134ish lbs at 5'8". I'm wondering if it will help put on the muscle mass once I actually start HRT. I don't want huge body-building muscles, but I do want.. eh.. here's a pic of what I want to look like! I want very well defined arm muscles (just not too lanky). Slim but quite fit!

I don't have access to the gym, my budget is kinda tight but a friend of mine gave me their P90X and P90X2 discs to borrow when I wanted to workout.

Any cardio with and calorie restriction regiment will make you look like the guy above. I would say p90x will work fine to make you slim as long as you dont consume more calories than you burn.

Just dont wear your sunglasses indoors like this guy.

Well most likely you won't look like him regardless. YOu will look like however you are going to look if you are fit and healthy. Not everybody can be stunning and handsome like I am. :)
(Yes he needs to take off the sunglasses.)

A Bro friend tried it for three months, 30 minutes per day. Got a decent increase in muscle, but obviously not ripped/defined. But in general, is has really good programs, although kinda masochistic.

How long have you been doing P90x already? If your body has already gotten used to it, even with T added to the equation you may have to step up the difficulty in order to progress further.

Be weird. Be random. Be who you are. Because you never know who would love the person you hide.

Thanks for the input y'all! xD I'll be sure not to wear sunglasses indoors, however.

To MaybeBen, I did it for quite some time, and then stopped. Haven't done it in a while. I really did enjoy it (I did doubles, so mostly weight lifting in the morning, cardio at night). Hoping T does beef me up a bit.
