Just don't choose the 'extortionist' priced surgeons. Of course they won't give you any price reduction, of any kind, on the contrary.
They'll try to squeeze every penny out of you and even more, without even giving it a second thought about exactly where you got the money from or will get it from. They're fine with it as long as it lands in their bank accounts and their pockets.
They make a very good earning on MTF, that's the sole reason they provide FFS.
Keep yourself informed about (excellent) surgeons and clinics who charge (much!) less, like dr Pat in Bangkok or Femilife in Peru.
They're still much cheaper even included your travelexpenses and most certaiinly just as good as the expensive 'gods', even better.
Dr Pat did excellent revision surgery on a botched dr Zukowski FFS patient....for instance.
The 'gods' aren't necessarily honest; they want to earn as much money on a MTF FFS patient as possible.
I myself had a real life consultation with dr Suporn when I was in Thailand to support a friend for her SRS with him and he suggested a nosejob amongst other things to do.
So did dr Noorman van der Dussen whom I had a real life consultation with in Belgium.
Thing is: I have a natural, short, small nose with a natural 'scooped' bridge. Making it even shorter and more scooped out and having it 'thinned' out, as both drs suggested (at shamelessly hefty prices of course, even back then), and I would have ended up with a mutilated nose/face.
In the end I had partial FFS with dr Chettawut who was completely honest: only my forehead needed work, most certainly not my nose because it would look unnatural and 'done', according to him.
Completely without me mentioning anything about my nose or the real life consultations with dr Suporn and dr Noorman van der Dussen I had that is.
His honesty made me decide to go wiith dr Chettawut (who wasn't so expensive back then, as he is nowadays. I'm talking about late 2004, and with excellent, natural results btw)
Pls be aware of FFS surgeons telling MTF what they think they'd like to hear.
And pls be aware too of the fact that even the very expensive gods also sometimes mess up FFS (and SRS) patients but they have their ways to make those botched patients to shut their mouth tight.
