any good studing aboard programs?

hello..
as some of you knows I pretty much want to imigrate but im looking for options.
I got options for a couple of jobs in berlin but its fulltime and hardcore you know, ::)
I got problems with anxious and depression and im not sure if can manage a fulltime job right away?

I thought if I cant work it may be more easy for me to study.
do you have some good studing abourd programs you can recomend?

If you know Spanish, Argentina is a pretty good place to go, as there's free public university (even for foreigners,) free public healthcare, including transgender health (also even for foreigners as well,) and an excellent job market, perfect for internships.

I dont really know spanish. could learn it thought, I had a few native spanish speaking friends which learn me a few basic words.
