Obviously, money is a problem for the moment. But it costs nothing to dream ...

That's the only issue I see also.

I think surgical results could be even better than your photo shop work. Entirely doable!

Hear, hear!  From what I see, you've made some fairly modest changes, well within the lines of what I have seen done by plastic surgeons.

Out of curiosity, have you been through HRT yet?  You *might* find that you can get at least part way there after a year or three (this is coming from having viewed a number of before/after pics on this site).

*hug*  You're rather striking in the "before" pic... if you are concerned, however, there are makeup tips (often used by drag performers) such as a little blush under the jaw line, different colors of base, etc, which can really do wonders to achieve the illusion of changes to facial features.

If you set your clone brush to 'lighten' and go over your mouth area it will kill your blue shadow nicely and will be a huge boost.

I think hormones will get you there... you have reduced the massiter muscles, and filled in the crease of the labial arch which the fat redistribution does in most cases...  You have not modified your cheek apples by typical HRT results that has quite an impact but is trickier photoshop work.  Having bigger apples helps give you the wider to thinner proportions of cis girls.  I would say your gonna be one happy girl once hrt has really worked her magic.

As far as ffs, your looking at a little shave off the angles of the jaw and a little off the chin by the looks of it.  Totally in the realm of possible results from what I have seen  (hours of pouring over internet wondering if I will pass of course)  minorqbacks youtube video shows how she did this with a trach shave.

Thank you for your comments and compliment. I assume that in each mtf, there is an optimistic dreamer sweet, but I am 3 months of treatment and I can not wait the effects of ths on my face. It is true that I lost weight and this has increased the projection of my bones.
I guess I have to be patient, but it's hard ...
