And estradiol valerate... there isn't a single covered product that contains it.

I'm going to have to ask you if you really read the topic well.
Oh dear... you evidently aren't that knowledgable about this. Estrace contains micronised Estradiol-valerate. That IS the correct generic name for the compound, although for common usage its usually abbreviated to simply estradiol.

Your other statements about Premarin, which is more properly known as "conjugated estrogen" because it contains four ingredients, demonstrate similar levels of inaccuracy / misunderstanding.

However as it is obvious that you don't want to avail yourself of any knowledge that I may have, like the very wise Kelly above me, I shall leave you to your illusions.

Having read the thread thouroughly, I do have some ideas - I've had a similar issue..

But as I don't wish to be called an idiot  and told to  read the thread thoroughly, I'll keep them to myself.
I haven't called anyone an idiot. I tried to remain respectful all along. I may have overdone it out of frustration, but it's hard to remain 100 % nice when a person precisely asks you something that you've just said. No, actually, seeing your reactions, I'm pretty sure I was an ass. Yup, and I was trying to be nice and open and useful. The hell is wrong with me?

Anyway, all that to say that I'm sorry I was harsher than I should have been.

Whoa, I never knew. I was soooo convinced that estradiol valerate was that other product they sell in Europe. I must have mixed up something really bad.

Well I don't know, the endo himself told me that sort of thing, once. But then again whyever would I take this piece of information for cash with all the wrong stuff he's been saying? I do have this problem, of blindly accepting some facts but not others, without apparent reason.

However as it is obvious that you don't want to avail yourself of any knowledge that I may have, like the very wise Kelly above me, I shall leave you to your illusions.

Well I get what I sowed by speaking out of frustration, I guess. I'm sorry. Not that it fixes anything. I think I got so used to being fed silly stuff when it comes to HRT that I've closed myself off and got really defensive. Even though I'm ASKING for help. Yup, why no one wants to be my friend is clearer now.
