Takng spiro morning and night over once daily?

Hello my lovely ladies

I have my next check up with my endo in a couple weeks and I was wondering if instead of taking my full dose of Spiro once a day (Morning for me) I ask about to try split it up, taking half morning and half night?

Would this be more beneficial?

It is what my doctor recommended for me, to split the doses, as spiro won't stay on a good blood concentration for more than 12 hours. It is as well a good way of reducing toxic effects related to dose.

Yes spiro is a morning & evening event. You body looks good. I'm 3-4 months full strength HRT & my breasts are growing some. That sure is nice.

Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving
