I'm day dreaming about being a tall, lean metalhead with long, straight hair and interesting clothing who is accepted for who I am. *sigh* At least I can manage the interesting clothing. I'm also day dreaming about top surgery.

I need to run errands tomorrow at a store that is within walking distance. However, it's a half hour walk. My son usually rides in the stroller, but one of the wheels is bent and I'm afraid of it falling off mid-walk.

I am thinking about how I may have confused someone today. He's from India and didn't know what Native Americans were, so while briefly explaining things I accidently said "Indians," meaning Native Americans, at one point while telling him that a lot got killed and were forced to move and such. So, since he didn't know what Native Americans were, he therefore likely doesn't know that Native Americans are often called Indians, so I am wondering if he's just all confused thinking that the Colonists and later the American government were going around oppressing people from India.

Shifting my interest from OB nursing into ER/trauma nursing. I think I could do well in it, it sounds so exciting. My concerns however would be 1) I don't have very good communication skills, 2) Making life and death decisions on my own sounds scary, 3) There's inevidably going to be some heart-breaking times (with all nursing). But maybe I would be better suited to it than something slower paced.

Sounds like it, it might be nice working on the maternity ward taking care of new babies and their moms?

Idk, I think I'd like doing either, they both sound like something I'd be genuinely dedicated to. (but I would perfer the one with less paperwork)

Lol back when i worked at subway I had this grown man  yell at me because he wanted the "Christmas cup". It was October and I had no clue what he was talking about. He kept.yelling his wife looked like she was about to die. I just walked off and helped other people.

The next day I realized that the cup used in the display to show what a large was had the Christmas  coca cola polar bears on it. Lol that cup was a few years old.

Now I am thinking this new browser sucks e en more and I think it broke the keyboard on the phone.

A co-worker's wife was a neo-natal intensive care nurse for several years.  Many nurses can't take it for that long.  But your communication skills need to be mostly non-verbal.

3 hours in the snow and several minus degrees, driving one of my horses.. I think I need to check if I still have toes and fingers.
