Newly on T- question

 Last Tuesday I finally got my first shot and have been happy ever since!
My doctor told me things will start changing fast, but I never expected it to go this fast...The first day (maybe 4 hours after the shot) I noticed tingling pressure in my clit and my throat was itchy and hurt a bit. Then,on day 2, I have noticed visible changes already and they continued since then.
I have been having much more energy and sleeping at night deeper than before, my voice started to sound weird (started out with sounding sick and now it goes up and down like a teenager boy and at times like it just goes away and comes back while talking), got clit growth (it actually more than doubled in size) and pimples on my face and chest (WTF? i never ever had pimples on my chest, not even in my first puberty).
I've heard from other FTM friends who said my changes came in really fast and warned about problems that it may cause.
My question is- anyone else here with changes that started this fast or is it just me?

The clitoral growth sounds fairly consistent with "the norm" experienced by most guys.  As for the voice - that could be anything from a cold to another form of irritation.  Voice changes don't typically happen that fast as the vocal chords don't miraculously thicken overnight.  Pimples, yes that's likely - generally what you're describing sounds fairly typical to me.  What are these "problems" you were warned about?

A couple of guys warned me about having the skin split if the clit grows that fast, I didn't quite understand what they meant nor have I see any problem so far in that area. As for my voice- like you said, Kreuzfidel, I thought too at first that it's a cold or something, but then it started going up and down and break like for teenage boys and it's been 4 days like that while there are no symptoms of any cold or being sick other than the fact that my throat is scratchy and hurts a bit.

My changes started happening pretty fast too. Like you within the first week my voice got really tight and somewhat sore like I could be getting sick but wasn't. I wasn't really deeper but I definitely couldn't go as high anymore.
My downstairs grew a lot too within the first week and even more the second week. My downstairs got a little tender but other than that no pain with it growing so fast.
Also my biceps (not that I have much to brag about) grew two more inches around.
Everything is slower now but I'm still being surprised at how much quicker my changes are happening than what I have read about.
I'm only 3 months in and already have noticeable dark stomach and facial hair.
My voice is already getting equally as deep as my dads and my friends joke that if I keep going at this rate I could sound like Morgan Freeman lol I'm hoping this doesn't happen.

I was a little concerned/excited that everything was happening so fast but when I got my levels checked everything was right on schedule. The only thing that stumped my doctor is that my "lower level" and "peak level" we're backwards. My T level was higher toward the end of the week and lower the day after my shot
