Well... I figured I might as well share some of my arts...!    I don't have a lot of new finished ones as of right now, as I have been having trouble finishing things for a while. XP  But I thought I'd start out with some of my old faves.  Perhaps I'll see if I can scrounge up some new stuff that's decent enough to share.  I know there's got to be a couple kicking around somewhere. XD

Thanks Xhianil    And the naga?  It's a mechanical pencil drawing with a few layers of digital coloring added on the computer with Jasc PaintShop Pro 8 and my tablet.   The colors are translucent so you can still see the pencil outline.

Yes!   It can be a bit tricky, I've only been able to do it a couple times with satisfactory results (but then again, I'm a perfectionist XD).  But, a tip!  Make sure the lines of the sketch are fairly bold and dark so it will show through, because the color will tend to fade it a bit, and just layer colors on top of each other a few times to make the darker shading.  I think I did 4 or 5 layers on that guy to get all the tones right.

Here's another one I did using that technique.  This one I actually shaded with pencil before coloring it, which I think gave it a nice effect too.

That's a really cool coloring technique you got there! It doesn't even look like digitally colored, more like very smooth and even colored pencil or marker.
And the pencil shading really gives a nice touch to it.

I'm liking your style Kai The colors you used on the Naga flow really well with one another. And that Digital painting you did, the third one, is awesomely done! Kai! Don't stop being awesome.

Time to throw some more on the pile!

Again, these are a bit old, but I still like them.    These are all done digitally with my tablet, back when I knew how to color properly.... .___.

A little background info, the blonde guy is Tristan and the blue guy is Aaelijah, two characters from two different books I'm working on.  Tristan I haven't really worked with for a while, so I can't honestly really remember his back story. XD But Aaelijah, who I also call Blue sometimes, is from the book I'm working on now.  I can't really say much about him without giving things away. X3 But I can tell you that in the book he is found in a research laboratory.  The last one is a fanart of Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. X3
