I wanted to get your opinions. Do I pass fine, or am I still going to have a good chance of getting clocked?

You look great!  If someone has a keen eye, and they're knowledgable of the differences male and female faces and skulls, they may catch the following:

* male hairline, particularly toward the temples.  I love that you play with your hair (I imagine you get a lot of guys hot and bothered), but watch it when you pull your hair back.  Your situation is easily fixable through surgery.

* you have baby hands (short fingers) like I do.  They are short relative the sizes of your hands in general.  Because of this you can make your fingers appear longer by growing out your nails.

* brow bossing appears to be very minor for you.  That's almost aways easily resovable with surgery.

* I am not a makeup expert by any means, but I am wondering about the shaping, positioning and color (too dark?) of your eyebrows.

* in the lighting conditions of your photo your adams apple appears to be nonexistent.  Same with moi :)

* did you have an injury near the outside of your left eye?  Just curious, but this will illustrate that people can pick up on the most insignificant of details.

You are beautiful, physically speaking, I call'em as I see'em.   ;)
10-13 tried mother's finger nail polish, dresses and her heels
23 phase of body building and then suddenly cross dressing and wearing makeup
26 started calling myself Kristy in my voicemail recording
36 saw therapist, went on HRT and partially identified as Kristy
37 moved and started HRT again, dressing a little more feminitely
41 started HRT again, and wife made agreement if I would give up Kristy
45 started HRT again, this time for good, because wife didn't hold up her end of the agreement.  New agreement with 11 year old son and wife is that Kristy be present only at certain times and not around strangers or family, unless they are ready to be a part of Kristy.

The chances of you getting clocked are very low.

WHen I was a kid, i almost lost my left eye in an accident but was lucky enough my eye didnt actually get hit.

WHat is brow bossing?

I have zero make up in my eyebrowns and they are my natural color. I have a very thick uni-brow so I have a lot of options. :)

THe adams apple is small, the only time you see it is if i tilt my head all the way back, and then swallow. otherwise you cant see it.

930310, great catch haha!!!  She's a big fan of McDonald's.  If you hadm't caught that there is a real chance her eyebrows would have done a figure eight 8-)

Just messing with ya Natalia

Seriously that has got to be one of the most dramatic transformations I have seen with HRT.  Was the clinic doing a "but 1 get 1 free" E special?  That girl would probably have a hot flash in the middle of Antartica.

Thank you! Sometimes I barely recognize myself when I look my old pics...I guess I really changed a lot (hopefully for the better ^^)

Oh no! Is my taste for Quarter pounder with cheese reflecting on my eyebrows? I'll see what I can do about them, they really go down too far...I am only afraid to mess with the arch and end giving a straight look to them.

And...hmmm I guess my vacation on Antactica would be quite short..let's say that I'd die in minutes lol I had hot flashes when I was  with T blockers only...I felt tired and had flashes all the time. Lucky me I entered with E not so long after and with a considerable high dose all returned to normal.

Thanks! I am happy that my arms are slimming down a bit but boy, does it make it hard to open jars now!

Alas, I wish that was my real hair but it is a wig -- out of the box actually. I want to take it somewhere to get trimmed up a bit.

Hey All,

I took some new pictures tonight and I thought I would post how things are progressing in terms of my makeup and my clothes. A couple of questions (and feel free to be honest):

Are the fake breasts I have the right size for me (maybe hard to tell from this angle)? Do I have a feminine body? What if anything should I work on in terms of makeup?

Thanks,
Alyssa

O.M.G. Alyssa, smokin' photo! Your previous avatar was really serious; this smile is great. Turns out you have a body of a slender teenage girl, who knew? It's my turn to be jealous, because I want a sweater with a neck like that. The breasts fit you.

Can't see the makeup too much, which is normal for selfies - cell phone cameras wash it out. If you had the kind of makeup that showed vividly in photos, you might look theatrical in real life.
It's almost everything I need.

Thank you very much Thevaliantx! ^^ I really plan to have FFS on the future and it is certain that I am going to need a traqueal shave too. My jawline doesn't bother me too much, at least not as my nose or my hair (oh my hair!). I would be a very happy girl if I can resemble my profile pic on the future, but the reality is that what I really want is just to pass as a woman and, if possible, to be able to live in stealth... and for now I can only count with HRT and the hope of recovering my hair. I am sure HRT will soften my features even more, but I am afraid of not passing with my nose, forehead and brow bossing... perhaps it is just a silly fear.

I think HRT together with a good diet (I lost 15-16kg) already helped me a lot. I mean, I looked terrible prior to HRT and I never expected to achieve what I have now. I know I still have a lot to go, but I really feel my face changed a lot in 5 months...here's an example:

Around 1 year before HRT (June 2012) and after 5 months of HRT

thank you 930310!  :D My goal is to look like my profile pic someday, but that will take a while because indeed my hair is not helping at all! I am quite sure what gives me up is mainly my hairline, that receded on a male pattern. It was a lot worse before HRT.  A LOT. I really hope I can grow my frontal hair soon and cover the spots with less hair! And I hope that HRT + finasteride + minoxidil keep doing their job holding my hair on my head!
Natalia when I look at this photo then look at your others the difference is amazing, especially with your hairline! You have gained so much hair back already I'm astonished. While I never lost my hairline, I did have thinning hair in patches on the top left side of my head that hrt brought to an abrupt stop in only 3 days. Now after 2 months and 1 week I can see the new growth and rethickning of my hair, and it's growing like a weed!, lol! Though you and I have very different hair types (mine is long and straight, while yours seems curly), looking at what you've accomplished gives me hope that I'll recover all of what I've lost and alot more. I've already noticed it getting in my way more feeling like it used to years ago, and I'm having to wear more pony tails to keep it out of the way when performing tasks.

There has been a big change in your face as well. It's much more feminine than before your hrt. If it's any consolation, I hate my nose too, -despise it. I have a small oval face I feel it's just too big for. However recently here earlier in this thread one girl shown me that after I've been on hrt for awhile my nose may actually feminize enough to fit my face. So let your hrt do it's thing. You've gotten amazing results already. I can only imagine you six months from now. :)

Stop your making me blush! :)

Yes, I will admit that I very much like the look of my body in this picture. I am very excited to see what HRT would do for me, as I think it would really feminize me quite well. Anything to reduce the muscle mass in my back, shoulder, pecs, and thighs. I am also (finally) going to get braces to help straighten my smile, which I am very excited about. I am not happy with my teeth, so I don't usually do a full smile in photos.

Love your avatar photo Jesse!

Alyssa

You think YOUR teeth are bad?  I could swim with a plastic fin attached to my back, and end up floating to the top, belly up, after someone yelled "Great White Shark!".   ::)

Natalia, I looked at the photos you previously posted and these in this post.  It looks as if you have some regrowth!  I am also on finasteride, at the Proscar dosage, for BPH.

You may still need some hair graft in the front, but your progress is great.
