I really wouldn't try practicing by reading passages like that. I think a better way is to try and speak in general conversation mode instead, whether that be practicing with a friend by just conversing with each other, or act as if you're recording a video or something and just talk about something. That'll give you more opportunity to throw in different inflections and stuff along with trying to raise the pitch and add in resonance.
From what I can hear, you still have a lot of that low, guttural sound in your voice when you're speaking in your feminine voice, so it might help to be a bit softer when you speak, with a bit more breathiness (but not too much). Also, because you're just reading passages, the inflections tend to sound robotic and jump from low to high to low to high, with no slope at all. You may want to try raising your pitch a bit more too, especially in the beginning, and then slowly come down as you get more and more comfortable using a higher pitch.
Keep practicing and you'll get there! Good luck!
