How to answer to a private message?

I received a private message but I have no way to answer to it. The only action I can do is to remove it. Is my account limited or ... is there an icon I don't see ?

PS: I guess it's the same thing with the avatar (not important, just wondering)

Thank you for clarifying .. To be honest, this forum is so dense and have so much information that I didn't had the courage to go everywhere. So thank you.

As a feedback, I'd say it penalize me a lot. I'm not even close of writing 15 messages and I received a beautiful private message who needs an answer ... and it's such a shame I cannot answer it. I hope the person who wrote me that will understand I wanted to answer but couldn't

Well we do not encourage post padding but maybe play a few games. Caption avatar or you have been banned etc, its a great way to meet friends and your posts go up!
