So, my father sent me a book he was recommended by a friend - Rosaria Butterfield's Secret Thoughts of an Unlikely Convert.
Out of deference to him I'm reading through it, but he also offered to read through one book that I recommended - sort of an exchange of ideas sort of thing. So I'd like to get this right, and I figure y'all might know better than I: are there any transgender Christian memoirs out there? And if so which would you recommend a less-than-convinced father read?

Thanks, folks! :)

I looked at those. I was wondering if anyone here had an opinion on any of them, as I'd rather find an explanation he'd agree with than something trying to shove politics into the pot.

I cringe at the term Christian Apologetics, because I have been a victim of battering by it over the years.  This link is to a book list from TransFaith Online, an organization that I know some good people in.  The very top book listed on this site is one I downloaded and have read parts of over the years.  At least it is cheap and The Grace and Lace Newsletter it refers to is still online. If you get to page 2, you will see some books that I know do not meet the rating of Apologetics, but are interesting and informative of our overall spirituality.
