I'm 27yr old female, I've noticed this since the age of 18yrs old I have had irregular periods ever since teens I have to take a pill to regulate them sometimes they last a day or three days and that's it, When I was born I had imbalance hormones and messed up electrolytes I also have right aorta arch.  I had a diaphragm hernia I also had when I was little adhesion and a slight hypoplastic labia majora, I have no idea what that even is but I'm also 46,XX they say that's normal female but also they say I have digeorge syndrome.  I've been a lesbian since age of 14 I just love woman a lot more I can never find men attractive I'm built like a boy I'm not fem people say that to me all the time I can't wear a hat I'll look like a long hair guy tbh and I do have a tad deep voice but my pubis mons ever since 18yrs old I do go to gyn doctor regularly but I never brought this up to them I was always embarrassed to mention it or they never said nothing cause they might know but the thing is when I get aroused or see something I really like my pubis mons will get stiff and I get very fidgety and i can't sit girly at all I can not watch porn cause this happens and it's very fidgety it don't hurt but it's just you know it's there  here are some photos it's under neath my stomach I'm 248 I was 220 when I was teenager still had this my mom used to say it was not normal looking my sister said it was just fat deposit but fat does not get aroused like this and I can never tell her how it feels cause she think I'm weird, she's the type to think you have to have both parts to be intersex or etc she lives in the olden days with words and then she tells me she don't know what it is but this is it

Doctorwho?

All the things you describe are consistent with Digeorge syndrome - which as far as I am aware is not considered an intersex condition.

It is in fact a microdeletion on chromosome pair 22 - which is not a sex determining chromosome.
