I've noticed that the left corner of my hairline is starting to recede and it's seriously freaking me out like I had a panic attack when I noticed it and spent the whole day feeling depressed. I've been on hrt estrogen + spiro for awhile now so shouldn't that stop male pattern baldness? When I started hormones I noticed my hairline stopped receding and hair grew back to give it a round shape but now the one corner is receding and I don't know what to do it looks weird and i'm afraid to wear my hair up now. My mom suggested rogaine but idk if that will work, is there anything else I can do?

It should stop hair loss. Try Proscar.

Don't have a panic attack - it'll cause your hair to fall out!

BTW when I started HRT, I shed a lot of hair for about 3 months. Now it's more full all over.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

I've been using rogaine for my balding scalp. It's been about 3.5 months, some results seem to be appearing, but it's hard to gauge yet.
Lots of tiny thin hairs that seem to be getting thicker and darker.

Have your DHT level checked and look in to Avodart.

Those are both DHT blockers right? I tried finasteride but it made me feel light headed and depressed so I stopped taking it.

My hair fell out for like 5-6 mos straight I freaked out. It happens when your hormone levels are unbalanced. The best thing you can do is not agitate your hair the best way you can. Eventually it'll stop.
