dresses and skirts.

I love wearing skirts and dresses.  I like the feeling I get with dresses but I find that skirts are more practical.  They don't ride up when you lift your arms above your head, and they often have usable pockets.  My biggest need of pockets in dresses and skirts are a place to put my cell phone.  My tendency is to slip my cell phone into a back pocket for carrying.

You are so right, as usual.  I also agree with you, these can be a delight to wear.  I recently got a new floral skirt, I really enjoy it.
