I don't have any MTF friendly endos/any doctor that will write an HRT prescription that take my insurance in range of the city buses. The only one that takes my insurance has issues with MTFs and I hear only prescribes to FTMs.

So yeah, we're in very similar boats. And I can't live much longer like this.

Wow, that's pretty messed up.  I wonder why they would discriminate like that against Mtf's if that's true.  That's less buisness for them.  I would love to find a trans-friendly endocrinologist within bus range....or even taxi range, but the closest one to me is abut 93 miles away. :/  I kind of feel my mental stability slipping.  It sucks to live in a small town with no resources.

Doesn't matter to her, she's a GP/Gynaecologist at the school clinic. Not loosing business or anything.

I'm having the same thing, I'm slipping fast and hard, like I don't have much longer left.

A guy at work I started talking to properly for the first time today as we were at the same meeting has been texting me/calling me afterwards etc. I assumed he was taking pity on me being stuck in a hotel with no company, or enjoyed talking to someone who also lives in the countryside.

Now I'm thinking maybe not. Most guys don't ask if you're having another bath, or offer to find you if you get lost in the double bed again. Even if he knows me as with a female label it's pretty darned obvious I'm not into men regardless of the fact he knows I have a girlfriend of two years. I am not interested in the slightest, and you'd never consider it if you knew I was a guy too.

Please don't let this be another person who wants to get with the "lesbian". I'm only just about over the last person who assaulted me because of that.

Jury duty summons in the mail today.  I'm not sure what the hell I should do this time.  It is under my *barf* legal name, which will not be changed until July 24.  I flat REFUSE to do it in guy mode.  If I can get it postponed for 6 months, and during this time my name changes, do I still have to serve?  I'm not sure what to do.  My wife is a prominent attorney here and odds are she knows whatever judge would preside over the trial.  I don't want to ruffle feathers here, and I wouldn't mind serving under my new name, but this is just uneffingacceptable.

The usual stuff, stress related issues, various physical issues related to various injuries and the depression that stems from that, disphoria accompanied by self loathing and feeling that it would probably be better to just end it all and get it over with

I forgot to tell my mom not to put anything on my salad again.  Now I must wash off the "lemon pepper" she made again.  Yuck!
