Quick question...kinda...

I just started taking hormones about 4 days ago, tomorrow morning will be the fifth day.
So when I first took the pills(spiranolactane, and estradiol, no doses as per TOS) I felt a little dizzy, but I was on a train and had a heavy backpack so I paid it no mind, and all the time I feel much more at peace...
So, I've noticed a few things, and I wanted to see if they were....well...normal...ish...I guess...

Firstly, as mentioned I'm a bit more at peace, my skin is more clear, far less oily, and I feel better overall, not as fatigued as I usually do, but still fatigued...

Secondly, I've noticed that I'm more willing to laugh and act a tad bit...girly I guess is the closest way of saying it.
Thirdly, I've been able to smell more...It smells sweet but...not really like an artificial sweetener but...I guess if I had to assign a colour and description it'd be kinda like yellow non-corn tacos made of sugar cane or something...which is strange...I live with 2 guys so maybe that's it, I donno...

Fourthly, I've noticed that I kinda smell different...which I find to be fairly unusual, since I don't usually smell things to begin with...

And fifth...I have this feeling on my chest...Its not a weight, its not a tingle, or an itch...its just kinda there...
I'm not sure how to describe it.

Are those normal? I know that ones mileage may vary, but this is kinda the only place I can ask...

Thanks for reading :).
(PS. If this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know, so I can avoid that in the future.)

Well the lightheadedness makes sense since Spiro is also a medication for high blood pressure. Just make sure you don't stand up fast and drink enough water.

The other stuff, some of it is physiological and some of it is psychological. The physical things you describe are common, seems a bit fast if it's only been five days, but that's cool. I don't know if the psychological things are caused by the HRT or if it's from the relief of feeling that you're on the path you want to be on. Either way, that's great - expect more changes over the coming months!

Its a little fast?
What do you mean?
I've been looking around trying to find a basic time table, but I haven't found many aside from a recent one a couple pages back or so, but it didn't really mention any of this stuff.

Also, are there any foods or drinks I should avoid? I know that bananas are a no go most of the time because spiranolactane is potassium based or something, and I've HEARD that soda has some involvement, and I've heard that red meat has testosterone or something as well....

Thanks again :)

People say they experience skin softening and their body odour changes, I noticed it after about a month. But if you have it in a few days that's cool.
I don't know about foods to avoid, my endo never advised me not to - I eat a banana almost everyday and he hasn't anything to say about potassium in my blood, so I'm not sure. I don't drink sodas anyway. Sorry, can't be any help in that regard.
