I'm 5 weeks post op and my right side is bigger then my left. Is it possible that it's still swollen? How long did it take for your swelling to go down?

Swelling is typical after surgery, might even say it is nearly universal. I think swelling is typical many months after surgery.
I'm 6 weeks after, still have swelling esp under my arms.

Thanks for your reply. I tend to over analyse things and I got worried because my surgeon said the swelling should be gone by 6 weeks. I still can't tell if it is swelling or if it's tissue, so I'm hoping it will go down.

Garramone states that it is not until the 3 month mark before revisions should even begin to be discussed as swelling can take that long to go down. I am 8 weeks as of today and still have some swelling under my arms where the drains went in.  Don't worry.
