Breast growth - is clear fluid any significant indicator?

My Estrace dosage was recently increased for the first time.  Less than two days later my areolas were immediately more puffy than usual and I became aware of a thin disc-shaped formation underneath them equally large in diameter.  Raising my arms to stretch the skin made it much easier to detect the formations.  Feeling around at this and a bit of squeezing caused the release of many drops worth of clear fluid through the nipple.  That actually seemed to temporarily deflate them somewhat.  Waiting a while allows the fluid to replenish.  My right breast appears to be leading the left and produces more fluid.

Is this any significant indicator of development or am I just agitating them?  There's almost zero indication visually of mass forming outside of the areolas, although I've measured a nearly two-inch increase in circumference around my chest up to this point.  It is clear that at least some fat deposits are landing there because I'm starting to feel a hint of movement in my breasts from walking around.

its normal,  uncommon, but a normal non threatening/uncommon side efffect. Just means your glands sorta came in like a wrecking ball. I actually fully lactate. have been for about 6 months now.

Clear fluid? That gland that produces breast milk might have been kicked up, my doctor says that sometimes happens when people start on hormones.

I'd talk to your doctor, just in case. They might have something to stop that, getting milk stains sounds embarrassing...

So far it only happens when I force it.  I gotta learn to leave 'em alone!

It does happen even when You dont force it - I dunno what is triggering it, but at times I feel something wet there and yup, there it is. It started with addition of Progesterone and although I am off P for 3 weeks, it is still there, though a bit less in quantity.

yep the increase in estrogen and drop in progesterone will do it, it probably trigger prolactin production, ya tricked your body into thinking it was pregnant. Happened to me, but I bought a breast pump and made mine go into full lactation,  1, for fetish reasons, 2, your lactating, whats more fem besides that?

Yep, I randomly lactated when coming off hormones the first time. Weird feeling.

I'd recommend against "milking" yourself, that will probably make your breasts produce more fluid. Just let them settle down but see your doc if if persists.
