The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. I have a digital glass scale and I too find it much easier to read. It also will weigh you in multiple values such as American Standard, metric, etc.

My biggest detriment is chocolate, and ice cream. It's also why my fridge is at the opposite end of my home, lol! :laugh: ;)
And  If you want to be even more accurate weigh yourself before eating and after you poop !

Not quite ready to disclose weight, but I am limiting my intake to 1200 cal. a day and down 10 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks... Woo Hoo! And of course keeping up on the vitamins..

Not exactly what I wanted, nor what I was expecting...I am around this same weight since January!!

My last days have beem gloomy and I am filling myself with junky food, soda, chocolate and candies, like a child  ;D I am surprised I haven't got a lot more weigt!

I had a rough start to the week and had my first few days of terrible eating control since I came out 1/21/2014. Grant it, I went loco on protein bars, but they are still basically like candy or bakery bars when you loose control. I had gotten down, and should have been posting and interacting with the gang just to keep my head out of a negative fog. However, I did pop out of it when I attended my first evening support group. It helped me by connecting with understanding people, and I started to come back positively since. Time to make a good solid push to 199 and to get out of these morbidly obese 200's. Hoping to pull it off by the end of summer and no later than November for my daughter's wedding. Wish me luck, and will power!  :P

Glad to be making a little progress on getting to my target weight.  Pneumonia returned this week, but I caught it earlier, so it hasn't hit me as badly.  Still kept me away from my computer for much of yesterday. 

New job starts on Monday.  I am wondering how the change to my schedule will affect my weight.  We'll find out next Friday.

Friday was 198.1 which is in the right direction. Today, 196.6. Monday is usually lower than friday.

Well after spending march stuck at 185 Ib I'm finally down to 179 Ib today! It feels good to know I'm just that much closer to my goal of 160.  But at this rate I have many months left to go. lol
