Friday weight

Sorry, I couldn't check my weight on Friday...so err here's my Sunday's weight!

height: 5'6"

March 28 I was with 147 lbs (66,7kg)...

grrr now I am with 148 lbs (67,2)!

I'm not moving anywhere...and all these Easter eggs fault!!

I did actually weigh myself on Friday; 6'0" and 148lbs (67.13 kg).  If I start hrt, I'm going to drop down to 130-135lbs and then put on about 50lbs, then lose maybe 20ish or a bit more...

Well, going to brave it and post here. Still have a long way to go but am losing 2-4 pounds a week so that's a good thing.

Wow, I dodged the Easter Bunny backslide! I will take that half pound loss and run, well maybe jog... OK! OK! Walk briskly with it.  ;D On Tuesday I was up TEN pounds from letting my hare, I mean hair down, or more realistically my guard. I got WAY too loosey goosey though I did say I was going to. I was feeling like real crap on Monday and was up seven pounds. I was feeling way better Tuesday, but tacked on 3 more pounds as all the residual calories were still dispatching to familiar lands of fat farms (little silos all over my body, but primarily in the fertile equator area known as the belt line.)

How I lost it and then an extra half pound is border line awesome, as I really did not change my pattern at all. I just returned to my normal eating habits I have developed and continued my exercise which really is basically walking, some minor weights, a day of yoga, and then I mix in a stretching routine and an occasional aerobic activity like a stationary bike ride or lame step work out, I really do stink at stepping hehe.

Now all that being said, I really want to make a strong push to 200 over the spring and summer months and a great start this week would be huge in boosting my momentum. So my aim is 239.9 to break into the 230's for possibly the first time since my early 30's if not 30! I know I have a LONG ways to go yet, but keeping the chin up and OH MY GOD I NEARLY FORGOT!!! I bought and fit into 40' waist slacks! I told the clerk I was hoping to fit into them in a week or two and got home and they FIT! Tight? Well sure as heck! But we are talking closing in on a sub-40 inch waist and for me this is well over a decade. I am going to have to bust out some old clothes I know I have saved. Maybe take some pics to record the event. If the styles are not too "BLAH male" I may reveal an era known as pre-millenium!  ::)

360+  at my highest weight when I found out I was type II. Went to 340 from ketosis, then with off and on half-hearted efforts over ~6 years to get to 305 on 1/21/2014. That is when I came out to myself and started to care about living again and things became absurdly easier. My daughter attributes it to living honestly, which makes life easier in the ways that matter most.

No walking for me during the work week; for now.  10-hour work days plus 4 hours of travel time will do that.  I suspect the lack of exercise is not sending my weight up because my sleep & feeding patterns are upended at the moment.  Looking forward to less travel time this week.

Right now I am mostly happy that my weight seems static, with a slight downward trend.

Well girls, I myself see a lot of progress this week (with the exception of myself, lol!) Toni you've done absolutely fabulous. I've no doubt you'll be into your goal range soon, maybe even next week if your progress continues.

Thanks Allyda, but that is next week's goal.  :D

My ultimate goal is 155, which is truly aggressive and maybe a stretch, but it is what I set my aims for when I started. That would drop me in the mid range weight for a male my height, on the larger edge of a female my height but within healthy range still too. I am hoping to be there before spring next year and then I would like to start HRT. If all goes as planned I would have some laser and/or electrolysis started by then with an ok length androgynous hair style I hope. (I have at least one more haircut for my daughter's wedding, maybe two but I plan to keep them collar length trimmings, no more buzz cuts.)

Whoops, late night babble fest, sorry.  :P

With the progress you've already made I've no doubt you'll reach your goals and more. :icon_flower: It's hard to imagine for those that know me, but I once went up to 144 lb's while in hospital recovering from my 91 accident. And, at 5-5 with my tiny slight bone structure I looked puffy all over -terrible!! :icon_yikes: I actually had to leave that hospital AMA because they were demanding I eat portions way too large for me. It took me a year to get back into the 120's. I tell you & everyone this so you'll know that, even though I'm thin now, I do know what it's like to have to lose weight.

I tried to stay away from Susans... Worst 3 days of my life ;)   I felt more alone because my family wouldn't talk to me.. And agreeing to go back to.. what I was before, I tried to eat more, to be more like.. well..   Just stepped on the scale here.. 155.6, so no gain, no loss.. A few ounces maybe.. At 5' 10", I'm stuck in that same 3-5lb range..  I could prob do some damage with a few 1/4lbers and some
Dunkin or KrispyKremes but not this week..

So I need somewhere to post this. I started my Weightloss journey in Jan of 2014 after ballooning up to 306 pounds after taking prednisone(horrible medication btw.) So I discovered Keto dieting or Low Carb eating. Please dont hate but i eat for breakfast 4 eggs 4 bacon. For Lunch i usually have a Bullet proof coffee, And for Dinner i have an 8 oz steak with green beans. I am down to 280 now and still losing depending on if I get to exercise or not. The great thing is that I dont even crave the sugar anymore. Its not for everyone but it works for me and I hope to stay on this for a year and see what happens.

You'll get there it takes time and for me tons of commitment. Try to eat well and light excercise every other day. It's hard sometimes especially when my gym is in the basement to get my ass motivated but I have too. Best of luck to you!
