So I seem to have hit the wall, I've been really disciplined, counting calories etc. but think I've nearly run out of fat to loose. I might have to reduce protein and increase carbs while still in calorie deficit to try and catabolise some muscle, kinda looking like one of the Na'vi from the movie Avatar at the moment lol.
In the good news basket however; my therapist is preparing the referral to an endocrinologist for HRT this coming week. I apparently should be able to see the endo later this month or early July, fingers crossed

Height 6'1" (185 cm), my goal weight is approx. 65 kg (143 lb).
