Friday weight

2014-12-17: 165 (start)

Progress, though I think this is in part due to spending Wednesday miserably nauseated in bed, slowly dehydrating. I'm really hoping it's my cold and not going to be a long-term experience brought about by estrogen! Also, finally measured myself carefully and I am 5'10 instead of 5'9...

01/10/15 - 157 lbs. (I realize it was Saturday and not Friday, but I was running late to work on Friday morning and didn't have time).
01/16/15 - 156.5 lbs.
01/23/15 - 155 lbs.
01/30/15 - 153 lbs.
02/05/15 - 152.5 lbs. (Thursday, not Friday but still good!)

02/13/15 - 150.0 lbs.

I so happy, I made my target goal of 150 lbs. I'd like to eventually get down to around 145 and maintain. This is the lowest I've been in many years and it's such a relief to have made it. Yeah!!!!!  :)

Been a terribly busy week with a lot of travel so this is late again. 
Back in California near SF, and it's so wonderful to have warm weather.  Plus getting to go out with my girlfriend.  :D

A few years ago when I was running every day I got down to 180. At 6'2" tall thought I looked a little too thin. So I'm not sure what my target range is but I think 165-175 may be good.  The ideal weight calculator says 160-172.

As a bonus, my fasting blood glucose tested 100 this morning. That is like the lowest I've seen it since I started testing! I'm elated because I'm diabetic and I never thought I'd see that number.

Thanks. I'm taking metformin but I've replaced the regular bread I eat with whole wheat and reduced my portions. Plus I go to the gym every day pretty much.
