Friday weight

2012-13 (heaviest): ~205 lb maybe, don't remember exactly
01/16/2015: 198 lb
01/23/2015: 197.3 lb
01/30/2015: 193.2 lb
02/06/2015: 192.5 lb on the old machine (where I weighed myself the last few weeks) and 195.3 lb on a new one.
02/13/2015: 192.5 lb on the new machine.
02/20/2015: 191 lb
02/28/2015 (Saturday morning instead of usual Friday evening): 190.8 lb
03/06/2015: 190.5 lb
This plateau is not good enough. And after weighing myself in the morning, I ate quite a lot throughout the day (festival time) :-\
Target (by the end of 2015): 165 lb

01/10/15 - 157 lbs. (I realize it was Saturday and not Friday, but I was running late to work on Friday morning and didn't have time).
01/16/15 - 156.5 lbs.
01/23/15 - 155 lbs.
01/30/15 - 153 lbs.
02/05/15 - 152.5 lbs. (Thursday, not Friday but still good!)
02/13/15 - 150.0 lbs.
02/20/15 - 149.5 lbs. ..... Been on HRT for almost two weeks at this point
02/27/15 - 150.5 lbs. ..... binge eating week since it was my birthday on Wednesday. Back on track though!
03/06/15 - 149.5 lbs. ..... back on-track. Weighed myself mid-week and was down to 148 at one point, but I am trying to only look at weekly goals, so I am satisfied overall

03/13/15 - 148.5 lbs.

A few years ago when I was running every day I got down to 180. At 6'2" tall thought I looked a little too thin. So I'm not sure what my target range is but I think 165-175 may be good.  The ideal weight calculator says 160-172.

I had diabetes and developed insulin resistance. I could shoot a whole vial of insulin and nothing would happen. My cost for all the drugs was over $350 a month after insurance. On the little paper that comes with these drugs, a side effect is always listed: weight gain. I didn't know what to do. I was going to go blind or something because I couldn't get my glucose readings down. Doctors were helpless. Finally, I threw out the meds and decided not to feed the beast. All simple carbs that could be turned into glucose were out of my life.

I quit eating grains and grain products. I also had this urge to not eat any more meat. I lost over 100 pounds over three years. Now I'm wearin size eight pants and loving it. I'll never go back.

Oh, and now, they are telling me that I no longer have type II diabetes. Yeah, right. But I'm off all those meds and wearing really cute clothes!

Anyway I measured 162 this morning. Very close to not being overweight.

I started HRT 4 weeks ago and stopped watching my portions...

Bad idea, but I also have a lot going on emotionally at home out side of transition.

At my last weigh-in I was 165 lb.
Well this morning I decided to step on the scale and...

I'm 168 lb.

Time to start working toward my ultimate goal: 145 lbs.

Yeah. It's great that the weigh-in for this thread is Friday morning, because we do pizza on Friday nights and usually Indian on Saturday. Both are salty enough that I am probably 3-4 pounds of water heavier by Sunday, and it's all back to normal on Monday. It'd be demoralizing to record a weight during the weekend bloat!

I usually weigh myself every morning. This morning I was 161. Yay! I didn't eat much at all yesterday maybe a small helping of pasta, an egg sandwich for breakfast and leftover cheese pizza. I reduced my portions which seems to help.
