Let's see I collected Doctor Who The Prisoners Of Time and completed reading it a few weeks ago. I have the first 8 issues of Smallville season 11(second four combined into a collection volume) and have read the first four and a few pages of issue 5. I have Deadpool Pulp issue I think 2 and 4(can't find 1 and 3), Spider-Man Noir issue 1(Can't find the rest). Also I have a few comics left over from when I got them with some figures(like a transformers one) and showbags from our royal show. Also my brother one a raffle at a wrestling show a few months back and basically I bought it off of him and it included like twelve comics one of which was a Hulk one that collects a bunch of issues and is thick.

So not very detailed sorry but that is the gist of it.

The Power Girl trade collecting Amanda and Jimmy's run from 1-12 was just released. It also has JSA Classified 1-4, but that's not really important anymore. This is must read material and some of the best, funnest stories I've read in the last decade. If you have not read them, go buy now and enjoy.

THREAD REVIVAL!

Lately I've been reading:

Secret Avengers - This series is goofy and fun with lots of Spider Woman.

Captain Marvel/Ms. Marvel - obviously

Serenity: Leaves on the Wind - A six issue story that takes place after the movie.  I really liked it.

Miles Morales/All-New Ultimates - It's picking up steam and I really like some of the young characters.

Satellite Sam - Originally I thought this title was just going to be an excuse to make some vintage pin up style art, but it is a surprisngly good read.

Harely Quinn - I'm not a big fan of DC, but this title is always good for laughs.

Amazing Spider-Man - The title just relaunched.  It's only 3 issues in so now is a great time to jump on the spidey bandwagon!

I am avid Phantom reader.  With a semi-decent collection to go with it

I just noticed leaves on the wind. I'm thinking of picking it up that and new xfactor. Yay for thread Revival.

I just finished "Sandman: A Game of You"

One of the main characters is a trans girl, and it's soooo good...I have never cried at the end of a comic book before!

Now onto more Y: The Last Man ^^

We read two of the Sandman series for an English class in highschool..  I really need to find myself  a used set so I can read them all. It was so long ago but they were so good!

I will look that one up, sounds like something I would like. I read the death stuff more than the actual sandman run.

Death does make a number of pretty awesome cameos/appearances throughout The Sandman (especially a short but brilliant one in that particular volume :D )

Just finished new moon knight trade and deadly class(loved moon knight, deadly was ok). Also started reading gotham by midnight, ody-c, low, multiversity, spiderverse, gotham academy, batgirl, and new thor. Recommend them all, spiderverse is a little hit or miss tho.

Gotham Academy looks promising even if it is just a blatant attempt to milk more from the Bat franchise. The new team on Batgirl looks like the comic will be a lot more fun. I'm sure Gail Simone was writing to an editorial directive to make Babs all grim and gritty but most of her stories were not all that enjoyable for it.

I teach high school literature and would love to use Gaiman's work in the classroom.  I'm guessing this was an advanced class?

I splurged on the leather-bound Absolute Editions of The Sandman (4 giant volumes, plus a 5th book of supplementals, and a 6th volume that collected all of Death's stuff) as they came out, and lugged them to numerous signings and conventions over the last few years.  Now they're each signed by Neil Gaiman and sketched in by Dave McKean.  :-)

Currently I'm reading the TPB of Joker: Death of the Family.  I also want to get into Harley's title as well as Suicide Squad.  Really can't get enough of Batman without Batman; for instance, Arkham Asylum: Hell on Earth was a fun departure within the bat-verse.

Cheers,
Tegs

It is scratch'n'sniff. It came in a bag with a warning. Harley has been a little hit or miss.

I am big fan of Harley Quinn since Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner are two of the coolest, funnest, and loveable people in the industry.
