My MTF girlfriend is a few months into HRT, and lately she has noticed an increased libido, and she's been having "wet dreams."  This disturbs her, because she's been told that orgasms will hinder HRT.  I haven't been able to find anything to corroborate her fears (gladly).  Anything you can tell me?  She's pretty freaked out!

I can't say I've heard this before, what normally happens is it drops, but I guess it's a YMMV thing...

I'm sure other more well informed members will be able to shed some more light on the matter...

My libido didn't increase or decrease.. But it did change..

Which shows no change in T levels, but does show a prolactin level spike..

Apparently abstinence will cause T levels to rise..

The 1st 3 weeks on heart my libido went through the roof then crashed for 2 or 3 weeks and then I learned I needed foreplay to arouse.
