If and when I have SRS I'm going to be very happy. If and when I get FFS I'm going to be very happy. If and when I have size C breasts I'm going to be very happy. If and when my voice always sounds naturally feminine im going to be very happy. If and when I always like what I see in the mirror I'm going to be very happy.
When I eventually have all of these things I'm going to be very happy. The problem is I'm a very impatient girl. So I've decided to circumvent the whole thing and just be happy now! :)
Transition is a journey and I can't waste my precious time being bitter and jealous.
I feel happy on my way to something better.
Because I am and always have been on my way to something better.
I will enjoy the ride. I will be happy just because I can. When I'm happy the things I desire become a reality.

Happiness comes from within and is only modulated by others' experiences if you let them. If you be yourself, I think that's true contentment!

At the same time... you cannot cause others to be unhappy by telling about your own experiences. Don't let the community marginalize from within and don't take part in that marginalization. Follow your own path and learn from others' paths.

Exactly.  Being happy with who you are, and working to make things better are two entirely different concepts.

The destination is so far away, you may as well enjoy the ride.

Jumping right to being happy now is definitely more fun!  Good idea! :D
Sometimes I blog things

Of course I'm sane.  When trees start talking to me, I don't talk back.

Here's to a happy reality and a Happy New Year Ride.  Succint, smart and owning it!  Good for you Brianna :)

I love this!

Decided yesterday at work that 2014 is going to be a huge year in all regards and that I am going to have fun with it.  The experience is going to be enjoyed every day and you never know, I may be surprised with what gets achieved!

yes!! I'm there too! I'm out to management, but no further.

Regarding my presentation at work, I'm starting 2014 as male... and ending it as female (or early 2015). That's scary, exciting, and makes me happy... all at once.

Brianna, indeed, bring happier is much better! Life is all about the journey not the destination so you might as well enjoy it along the way!

::) Happiness dies in the deep....dark...sea.

:D I'm kidding.

Yeah, happiness is certainly preferable to depression.

Being depressed sucks.

Getting what I want doesn't make me happy; Being happy gets me what I want! (and then I just want more ;) )
