how easy is it to trap yourself and what do you use for bait?

i'm my own worst enemy, always falling into my own traps. negative thinking is my bait. when i'm feeling vulnerable i usually go for it unfortunately...:(

I do the same thing. If we are conscious of this, maybe we can change, I feel like I am doing better with it.

It is very easy to trap myself.

The bait I use is memories of past failures.
