i'm my own worst enemy, always falling into my own traps. negative thinking is my bait. when i'm feeling vulnerable i usually go for it unfortunately...

I do the same thing. If we are conscious of this, maybe we can change, I feel like I am doing better with it.

It is very easy to trap myself.
The bait I use is memories of past failures.
