Are you looking for top surgery before and after results?  Make a transbucket account.

Google "FTM Transition before and after results" or something to that effect and check images/links. I don't think a lot of guys piece together their transition pics but there might be something.

If you're looking for people well into transition search "post transition ftm tumblr" in google. Lots of results there.
