I'm looking for a pic of a FTM over several years all in one. showing from surgery to years after. No hair to lots of body hair. Not sure how else to explain it.

Google Image search or check out youtube. There's no shortage of transition videos there.

Are you looking for top surgery before and after results?  Make a transbucket account.

Google "FTM Transition before and after results" or something to that effect and check images/links. I don't think a lot of guys piece together their transition pics but there might be something.

If you're looking for people well into transition search "post transition ftm tumblr" in google. Lots of results there.
