so my endo, gave me name change papers, and i have zero clue where to really go from there. i live on the far northside of milwaukee, and the county court house is far, all the way downtown, so i wanna save as many trips as possible, and on the papers, its asking why do i wanna change my name, im veryconfused on what to put, do i justsay because im transgender and my birth name is not suitable for my lifestyle anymore?

You could do that. You could write because You like this new name much better. I wrote that I wanted my legal name to be the same as the name I was using. As long as you don't put down something like 'to get out of debt' it will be fine.
