Binder Question

I have a question, are there binders that are specially designed to have a male chest look to them? For example a form of padding to give the effect of pecs or something to give the effect of nipples underneath.

Nipples, no. The idea of a binder is to flatten your  chest. In doing so it often has a pec look once you wear a shirt over it.

But binders don't always give the effect of pecs just by its self, so I was thinking that maybe there was one that was made to help that.

I use some 3" elastic straps under my binder to "shape" my chest.
