Its not so much about a list of foods. But, HRT is hard on your body. Its a time of great changes. So you need to eat lots of very clean calories. No drinking, no drugs, no smoking. No processed foods of any kind. Everything as fresh as possible. Low in cholesterol, so no fats, no sugars, most especially nothing with corn based sweetener. Stay away from gluten as well or any product that uses modern hybrid grains. Proteins high in fish, chicken and pork ok very little to no beef. Try to get meat that is organic - no steroids or hormones used. Its a good time to stay very active. Doesnt matter what, some light strain training plus cardio is best.

Kia Ora Sunshine,

Re: Top 10 ways to feminize yourself without Hormones?

1)Have lots of  Money
2) Find a good electrolysis or laser specialist
3)(through to 10) employ the services of a skilled team of Surgeons

Or hope and pray that you'll be reincarnated as a female  ;) ;D (but I guess hormones will still play a part)

Metta Zenda :)
I like the reincarnation part the best. OMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Indeed.

Not everyone can afford to eat only healthy foods. That sort thing is expensive.

What is cheaper than apples or oranges or bananas or kale or letuce or canned tuna? What would you eat that is cheaper? I spend very little on food and eat only what I said. I suppose I could just eat ramen noodles but whats the point of HRT if you starve your body and dont transition? Hormones arent magic, they need something to work with. Just IMO.

But organic?
I love fruit but it can get expensive. I cant exactly cook right now. The best i can do is a pb&j, ramen, and maybe cerial. Its expensive to buy raw ingredients especially if i will mess it up almost every time. XP

Yeah, fruit is expensive. I can't stand most veggies so I like to eat fruits to compensate. But when I can I buy a thing of Cherries, Blueberries, some Raisins, Bananas and Strawberries, (when a lot of these are in season. I won't eat berries out of season because they suck.) and you can knock the hell out of $20 really quick. Factor in living on a budget and things can get rough.

Im not being clear enough, apologies.

Organic is best for meat. Doesnt matter for fruit and veggies. Best to avoid beef, its expensive anyway and its full of steroids and hormones.

You want to be a female, but you dont know how to cook? Or make basic foods? Its easy, you dont even need to cook anything. If you lived close, you could come stay with me a few days and I would teach you. I have taught a lot of young ladies like yourself.

You need a hot plate at least, to heat things up. One pot and a sink a few dishes. Basics. With those you can make gourmet food cheap. Its about good honest ingredients, not expensive. Its some work making decent food, yes, but its the best thing you can do for yourself. If you have a little talent and time you can eat perfectly on $20 or so for an entire week. I do, my pic is me and taken a couple weeks ago. So, your young, going to look fantastic but your body needs something to work with.

If you cant afford $20 a week for groceries then dont start HRT, being honest with you. Hormones cost money and what you do now, from the start determines how well things will go for you in 10 or 20 or 30 years.

But its your life. If you want any help just message me. Big Hug and take care.

Ramen....*shudders* I can' eat that stuff anymore. I figured if I end up in a situation where I am REALLY broke. I can survive on canned tuna, canned ravioli, raisins and cheese cracker.

Let's see here....Hmmmm...hmmmm...

Rent
Electric bill
Phone bill (that's a landline, by the way, not a fancy cell phone)
Full HRT regimen out of pocket at $200 a month
Bloodwork ranging from $250 to $450 out of pocket depending on the test.
Electro at $50 an hour (plus gas money since it would be out of town and asking someone to get you there.)
Endo visits at $60 a pop

Now, how is that budget for food looking again? When you are in a situation like this, food ends up being last on the list.

As far as veggies Go,I try and stock up on Low Sodium V8 juice,it is less expensive than buying a long list of vegeatbles and its rather tasty, it also comes in spicy variety and regular, but I reccomend the low sodium, you can get a 48 oz plastic bottle for $3, also I try to find clearance items at the store, like sometimes they will have veggie and fruit platters that are 1 week from expiration and they go from costing $20 to $5

Well, do as you wish. You must live in the US, sorry for you.

HRT is nowhere near that much per month. Maybe 60 or 70 dollars.

would that really work? ???

oh yes, breast massage works even if a person isn't on HRT.....everyone has estrogen in their bodies...the adrenals produce it in some amount, as well as the estrogen produced through aromatization.  Progesterone is produced by the adrenals and testicles too....

Massaging increases bloodflow to the breasts, bringing more of the hormones in your blood to that area, thus stimulating the corresponding receptors in that area leading to legitimate breast growth....

it does take time, a month to several for significant results, but they do come

anyone who claims it doesn't work hasn't done their homework

Thankfully my insurance will cover hrt, with a small copay of like $3 per bottle. So that part is very helpful. However I still have not gotten approval yet.

Experiment time!
Im totally trying this.

I'm a little skeptical that massage increases fat distribution to the massaged area. I know athletes use it to enhance blood flow to muscles for recovery and help remove lactic acid buildup when muscles are exercised. But I'm a natural skeptic by nature anyway. Probably worth a try since it's not particularly strenuous to do. Besides... gee, a massage, how awful!  :D

Ah, I see.

So...you like to compare your situation, which is radically different to others, and yet you seem to treat them as one and the same?

Got ya.

But normal male levels of E/progesterone aren't anywhere near the concentrations to cause growth, no matter how much you massage. Do you actually have any citations for this? Otherwise, I'm not believing it.
