Around half of every negative side effect on the list and some other troubles

For MTF HRT I was taking pills for a couple years. I forget how much the dosage was, but my E levels ended up being low so I swapped to injections.
I injected depo-estradiol 3 weeks in a row and did well. I thought all was going fine but I started getting some troubles a few days after the third injection.

The side effects that are possible listed on the sheet are:
Dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, stomach upset, depression, breakthrough bleeding, spotting, weight change, swelling of fingers/ ankles, changes in vision, leg pain/ swelling, trouble breathing/ shortness of breath, chest pain, one-sided weakness, slurred speech, lumps in the breast, sudden severe headaches, fainting, yellowing of the skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, swelling or tenderness, vomiting, coughing up blood, eye pain/ swelling, injection site swelling

The ones in bold are ones I've had at one point or another - they were never all at once though.
So I went to sleep one night after my head was hurting and I was dizzy. When I woke up I was still quite dizzy and felt short of breath and weak.

In panic I went to the hospital (it was Sunday, couldn't reach my HRT doctor) and was looking at in a few ways and had a few things done including an IV + CT scan.
Doctor said everything looked perfectly normal which is what other doctors have told me.
I'm apparently healthy.

I see no reason a healthy 21 year old should be having all of these issues - except of course if specifically caused by something and considering that these side effects are all on the side effect list, I felt safe to say it was definitely my injections.

I called my doctor the next day and he told me to cut my spiro tablets down from 3 to 1 (still not sure how much MG that is, I'll find it if requested) and to not take my injection. Then call back in a week. I did that and I was feeling a little better.. but I was feeling really weak in my body. I felt like I could get hurt easier than normal.

Concerned, I called my doctor and asked if its something I should worry about it. He tells me to stop the spiro completely and go see a family doctor.
So apparently and according to him, I'm having a bunch of completely random issues caused from absolutely nothing and despite being a healthy 21 year old, they're all just randomly appearing out of the blue.

I figured I'd wait a bit to see how being off HRT completely would go. One of my big concerns is hand pain I've been getting. One night before bed, my wrist just started hurting. I went to sleep. When I woke up, it hurt less than it did but it still hurt. It eased up a lot, but then my hand started hurting. My other hand was hurting too but not as much. In fact, even my feet and some other body parts were getting sore here and there. So I've tried taking it easy and being gentle to see if they'll start feeling better. I woke up today and after using my hands a little, started noticing wrist pain. It eased up a lot after letting my hands rest but my hands still aren't good.

On top of that, I'm having a pretty rough headache (not out of the normal for me..) and I'm still really dizzy.

I've been freaking out pretty hard. I've been to the emergency room and was told everything looks fine. Now my HRT doctor is being of no help. I don't know what's wrong with me, but something isn't right. I feel like my system is just off and the only thing I feel even makes sense is the depo.. but what's with the hand pain? I've never had hand troubles before all of this.

Upon Googling around, I found a lot of articles like this:
www.bio-hormone-health.com/2012/09/10/tips-to-help-new-mothers-suffering-from-%E2%80%98baby-wrist%E2%80%99/
Doesn't seem impossible especially since I quit HRT altogether for now. Think it could be this?

I don't have money for a doctor and am not sure if that would even help.
HRT doesn't seem to be a huge coincidence to having these issues especially when most of them are on every side effect list out there.
I'm just really worried..

thoughts, advice, input?

Edit:
.. So, it seems to be possible I might be allergic to the Excedrin I take all the time which is contributing to my issues.
Another possibility is low blood sugar. Going to stay off the Excedrin for a few days even if it means having a nasty headache and see how it goes.

Remember not to talk dosage here. You almost did. ;)

The thing with side effects is they are side effects, if they were the signs of something bigger or more serious, that bigger, more serious thing would be listed as a side effect.

I experienced much of what you described, but not all. Most side effects greatly reduced and/or vanished within a month... although I am allergic to the cottonseed oil in my estradiol injections so I have to take an antihistamine for a couple days after each shot.

I would advise against being too reactionary. You have multiple people telling you you are perfectly healthy. Many of the things you have described are also side effects of high anxiety, which it sounds like you could also be experiencing.

Good luck. There are many options out there. Chances are good that something will work well for you.
