To convince a Urologist to perform a orchiectomy on me what if I told them I have prostate cancer in my immediate family and want it performed as a preventative measure.  Will they demand proof?

I'd advise against it. You don't want to be seen as manipulative by the medical establishment; that's the surest way to get roadblocked imo. I doubt any practitioner would even consider it unless you fall into a risk category (age 50 and up,  Caucasian, family history (of which it sounds like you do,) obesity, smoker, etc.

Just be honest with your Gender Therapist and work within the Standards of Care. My 2 cents.
