Awkward Meta Question

Hey,

I am considering bottom surgery, and I am heavily leaning towards Meta but I have an odd question:

Is it possible to get the clit release, scrotoplasty, and urethra extension and still have the vagina in tact for vaginal penetration?

some doctors mention reducing the size of the vagina so it is too small for penetration, some don't.  I feel like it is usually mentioned in conjunction with the urethra extension but the wording always seems vague and I don't want to assume.

It is weird.  With top surgery I would've rather died under the knife than lived with breasts the rest of my life.  But with bottom surgery, I am not completely comfortable at the thought of my original plumbing being removed.  It is more about a desire to have male parts, than it is a dislike for the parts I was born with.  I don't know how common this perspective is in this community, but my question remains. 

Can anyone shed some light on this topic?

I could only guess but now you have my curiosity piqued. Personally, that hole can go as it should never have been there in the first place.

If you are getting the urethral extension the hole is closed.  I think certain procedures leave a tiny part of the hole open, but most require it to be closed.

Doctors that do a simple clit release can do scrotal implants (one ball in each side) and leave the hole open.  I almost chose that option but knew for me I'd never really be happy unless I could stand to pee.  So I got the full meta.

You could certainly email some of the surgeons and ask if that is at all an option.  I am not a doctor nor do I play one on the internet.

The hole will only be removed if you want to pee through your meta otherwise it will stay intact, that's because IF you want to pee through it it needs a solid foundation.
