LGBT people are welcome at the Winter Olympics in Sochi next month so long as they keep a wide berth from any children, Russian President Vladimir Putin says.

It always irks me whenever anyone uses the argument of "well what we're doing isn't as bad as what someone else is doing" to justify something. Like that makes it okay. It's deflection, and annoying.
