I see in the ToS and in a few posts I have come across there is mention to a sexuality subform but I'm not seeing it. Did the minimum number of posts for this forum go up from 15 to something else, do I need to be given special permission, does it no longer exist, or am I just completely blind and not seeing it somewhere?

The Sexuality forum still exists, but in order to help fund the site, it was made subsription only as a perk to those who would sign up to give to this site monthly.  A person can also access the site by volunteering (being a links staff member/global moderator) if I recall coorectly.  Some members have also been kind enough to pay for other member's subscriptions.

Ok thanks. Wasn't sure if it was a forum I would frequent but thought I would take a look in there to check it out, but guess not. Since I don't have a clue whats in it I guess its no loss to me to not pay for it  ;). Might help drive donations up though if they made it free for people for X number of days so they could see if its something that would sway them to pay if they were on the fence.
