Hi, there. I think that these are all questions that you should be asking your doctor.
I don't know anything about information or where you would find it (clearly indicated, anyway) on things such as the levels across a bi-weekly period or the absorption rates.
But I've always understood that when checking T-levels, it tends to be the trough that people pay the most attention to since, if your levels have dropped into "female" range at the trough, you may need to up your dose.
