When I get misgendered, I usually don't say anything. When I do "correct" somebody, I feel like such a pretentious ->-bleeped-<-! I'm not comfortable with being seen as male, but I don't feel authentic insisting on being called female, either.

Why does this have to be so hard?!

You are just getting use to being you, when you are comfortable in your skin it is very natural to correct people, and people make less mistakes as well. Confidence is the key Honey

Because it is hard girl. I still get that from people in my family too. Whenever they say he it makes me correct them as well
